Our programs are accredited from International Coaching Federation under the name of Authentic Coaching Academy.
We provide state of the art Systemic Coaching, that can be used in different applications that are mentioned as optional specializations and modules that can be added after completion of a Level 1 Program.
The Programs are provided in-person, hybrid and on-line depending on the announced cohort .
In this module the students are oriented for the journey, to have proper onboarding on the main concepts that will take them into understanding what is coaching? What is systemic coaching? What to expect from each other and from the program, how systemic laws work in live systems. As well live the experience of creating psychological safety through design alliance, and an efficient coaching agreement. This will make them understand their role as a coach? Closing up with the ITR Coaching Model.
Introductions, Student Orientation, and Onboarding
Partner with your client to explore their own reality and field of work intended in the coaching relationship by learning Signs of Readiness, (Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes of Connection.). Awareness of Roles. Levels of Reality. Dealing with Body Signals, and Process on the Edge of Reality. Embodied Cognition, Dealing with Emotions, (Fear, Love). Facilitating Conflicts and Deep Democracy Process. Understanding Unintentional Impact. Tolerance and Understanding of Others.
Practice Coaching through group mentor coaching - for creating a coaching agreement, and reaching a session structure.
In Groups of 4 to 5 members - Candidates will be provided with observed coaching sessions, with a mentor coach. Required level is ACC for competencies 3&8.
In this module we will understand the dynamics of convergence in systems, how systems converge, integrate, and the process of building trust. The process of building trust includes the coaching relationships, the coaching process, the client and their system of belonging, trust between elements in the same system, and the systems that are affecting all of this altogether.

In Groups of 4 to 5 members - Candidates will be provided with observed coaching sessions, with a mentor coach. Required level is ACC for all ICF core competencies.
Maintaining systems alive and active is an effortful process for systems, and to maintain the systems alive, need to keep them up with the constant changes that are happening at any given moment, and any present time, while leading necessary intentional transformations to sustain these systems. This includes understanding the dynamics of emerging polarities, conflicts and change in systems.
PCC Markers Assessment through group mentor coaching - for handling a full session.
In Groups of 3 members - Candidates will be provided with observed coaching sessions, with a PCC assessor mentor coach. Required level is PCC Level Markers for all ICF core competencies.
In this module the coach will learn how to partner with systems and relationships that are diverging for reasons like loss of trust, disintegration, how to hold the space for the client when grieving and passing through deep emotions. As well how to support the client to shift their emotions by bringing awareness into their existing patterns what to let go of, and what to bring to pass through this phase while developing both personally and professionally.,

In the last module, coaching students are exposed to different models of systemic applications, how to handle them, and how to handle their legal and ethical dilemmas. Also coaches will work on their personal branding and get ready for their credentialing path by preparing for their last mentoring sessions, and celebrating their graduation from the long journey.
